The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and providing product/service information to drive sales or lead generation. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services. Handle inbound customer queries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Schedule appointments or product demos as required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, conversions, or leads. Handle customer objections and resolve their concerns effectively. Update CRM tools or spreadsheets with relevant customer data. Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus. Good communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Patience, persuasive skills, and a pleasant speaking voice. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
