Qualifications:

Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Solid understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage concepts, particularly in corporate insurance products.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage relationships, and handle client queries effectively.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or sales are an advantage.
Experience in B2B sales or corporate insurance is highly beneficial.
