Job Description

Role Overview: You will be aligned to Accenture's Financial Services, banking, Insurance, and Capital Market vertical, focusing on assisting clients with tax preparations, insurance coverage, and investment portfolios. Specifically, you will be part of the Insurance team, contributing to the transformation of insurance operations into a digital, cost-efficient, and agile model to drive sustainable growth and enhance customer experience. Your expertise will be utilized in areas such as employee benefits, life and annuity, property and casualty, and retirement services. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis and solve complex problems effectively - Interact with peers within Accenture and potentially with clients and/or Accenture management - Work independently with minimal guidance on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others - Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort or team Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform (ALIP) Analytics - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in Business Operation Management Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.,
