Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Experience in consultative and solution-based selling, preferably in the insurance domain or with top-tier consulting firms serving insurance clients. Education: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.), OR Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep exposure to insurance risk/compliance domains. Exposure to actuarial science will definitely be a plus. Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of insurance operations , particularly in risk management , actuarial modelling , pricing and reserving , and regulatory standards such as IFRS17 . Familiarity with AI governance , model risk management (MRM), and responsible AI policies.
