• Call and remind customers about upcoming insurance expiries.
• Provide renewal quotes and explain benefits and options clearly.
• Process insurance renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to get competitive rates and approvals.
• Ensure all required documents for renewal are collected and verified.
• Maintain accurate records of all renewal transactions.
• Resolve customer queries regarding insurance coverage and policy terms.
• Build trust and rapport to ensure repeat business.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to track vehicle insurance status.
• Prepare daily/weekly renewal status reports for management.
• Promote add-ons and upgrades (zero depreciation, engine cover, etc.) during renewals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
