Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze investigation findings, claim documents, and related evidence. - Draft detailed and accurate insurance claims reports following company standards and client specifications. - Ensure all reports are factually correct, well-organized, and submitted within specified timelines. - Collaborate with claims investigators, insurance representatives, and stakeholders to gather necessary information. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive claims data. - Proofread and edit reports for clarity, grammar, and consistency. - Track and manage multiple report assignments concurrently to meet deadlines.
