You will be responsible for handling pre & post documentation tasks related to exports. This includes preparing Export Invoice, Packing List, BL Draft, and other relevant documents as required. It will also be your responsibility to generate Insurance Certificates through an online portal and ensure that the insured amount balance is maintained adequately. Your role will involve managing hazardous cargo, which includes understanding various Haz Class, Packing Groups, and preparing Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD). You will handle all communication and coordination with Factory, CHA, Forwarding Agent, Transporter, Shipping Lines, and Customers. Negotiating Air or Sea freight with forwarders, shipping lines, or CHA will be part of your duties. You will also be required to check and approve SB Checklists, BOE Checklists, AWB Draft, BL Draft, etc. Coordinating with freight forwarders for flight/vessel booking and arranging courier shipments through DHL/FedEx will also be essential. Your responsibilities will include managing Letter of Credit (LC) Shipments and ensuring compliance with SCOMET and Narcotics requirements for each shipment. Promptly resolving export customer queries, arranging transport for FCL shipments, and applying for Preferential & Non-preferential COOs online are part of your tasks. You should be able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously efficiently. Sending final shipment documents to customers, tracking cargo until delivery, and maintaining accurate records for all export shipments are crucial. Knowledge of RODTEP Scrip generation, DGFT/ICEGATE applications, and arranging appropriate packing for different shipment types are important aspects of the role. Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, including HS codes, tariffs, and taxes, is vital. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, reports, and collaborate with internal teams like logistics, finance, and procurement for alignment and efficiency. Staying updated on import/export regulations and company policies is also required. Proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this full-time, permanent position. The work location is in person.,
