Role & responsibilities Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of business procedure and policies. 0 months to 2.5 year of customer service/ Data Entry experience College graduate Good verbal & written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage stress Basic computer skill Ability to work various shifts within hours of operation. Flexibility is a must, as your shift can/will change to meet business needs. Should have Problem Solving/Analytical Ability along with Judgment and Decision Making skills \ Preferred candidate profile Should be comfortable working in evening shift (5:30 pm to 2:30 am) Well-versed with MS Excel Must be aware of US culture Knowledge of Insurance
