Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment, including transmitters, sensors, and control instruments.
• Support calibration, loop checking, and functional testing of instruments and control systems.
• Attend shift breakdown calls promptly and restore instrument functionality to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration reports, and shift logs.
• Assist engineers in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new instrumentation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of sensitive instruments.
• Collaborate with production and electrical teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control systems.
• Ability to read instrument drawings, manuals, and calibration procedures.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Awareness of safety standards and plant procedures.
