Job Description

Role & responsibilities Person should familiar with instrumentation and having working experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystem. Should be able to guide the maintenance team in solving B/D's and effective preventive / pdm maintenance plan in place to achieve higher uptime / equipment reliability. Experience in repair and calibrartion of various process field equipments such as mass flow meters (vortex magnetic),Temparature,Pressure , level transmitters (Ultrasonic ) , load cell systems, networking and communication (Profibus), DCS panels trouble shooting. etc. Exposure in setting up testing sations for fast moving and reusable parts such as valves/ diverter valve / position valves and controllers etc. Implement CAPA, Preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance of all equipment (Process & others / Instru), piping, lighting system etc under the guidance from Grasim Paint/ OEM. Maintenance of log books for daily operation and maintenance, Records as required for ISO purpose. Prepare and submit the Weekly & Monthly performance Report. He should be able to read the drawings, trouble shoot mechanical & electrical faults. Should have knowledge of ISO system, documentation & possess strong analytical & communication skills. Should be able to work on PC for various reports making, able to guide & lead the team. Should be familiar with safety norms.
