You will be joining our apparel retail team as a Fashion Consultant, where your primary role will be to assist customers in making confident fashion choices, promote our apparel collections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. This position is suitable for individuals who have a passion for fashion, customer engagement, and sales, whether you are a fresh graduate or an early-career professional. Your responsibilities will include greeting and engaging customers to understand their style preferences and requirements. You will recommend outfits, accessories, and complete looks that align with customer needs and brand trends. Achieving both individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and in line with brand guidelines. Building lasting customer relationships by providing personalized styling advice and after-sales support will also be a key aspect of your role. Staying updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings will further enhance your performance. Handling billing, stock replenishment, and ensuring smooth daily store operations are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role would have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory), along with at least 2 years of experience in fashion retail or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement, as well as an energetic, presentable, and sales-driven personality are essential qualities for success in this position. You should also be willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
