Job Description: Institutional Sales Manager – Skin & Hair Clinic

About Us

We are a Mumbai-based beauty clinic specialising in advanced skin and hair treatments. We're growing our corporate and institutional partnerships and are looking for a driven sales professional to lead this.

Role Overview

You will identify, pitch and close institutional tie-ups for our treatments and wellness packages, and build long-term B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire institutional clients such as corporates, hotels, salons, gyms, wellness centres, societies, colleges and clubs

• Pitch treatment packages, employee wellness programmes and partnership offers to decision-makers (HR heads, admin heads, owners)

• Organise on-site demos, wellness camps and presentations

• Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets

• Maintain a strong pipeline and CRM records with regular reporting

• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth service delivery for partners

• Track competitor offerings and market trends

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B or institutional sales experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality or FMCG

• Proven record of meeting sales targets

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Good network of corporate or institutional contacts in Mumbai (a plus)

• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

• Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
