Qualifications Proven teaching experience with strong skills in curriculum development and delivering course materials effectively Research skills, including conducting studies, data analysis, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals Mentoring and advising skills to support student development and career guidance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities Commitment to academic integrity and continual professional development Doctorate in a relevant field along with requisite teaching and research experience Experience in the healthcare education sector is a plus
