Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier corporate, companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placement, internships, and live projects. Well-networked in the corporate HR community. Experience in working with senior professionals in HR and functional leaders. Work closely with Corporates and students and help students get placed in Corporates for SIP, Final Placements, and Live Projects. This involves traveling to various corporate offices in other cities as well. Work closely with faculty and training partners to groom students in alignment with industry expectations. This includes supporting student career services, including career counselling and helping students prepare for interviews. Design and implementation of placement strategies aligned with the institutes vision and market trends. Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual placement process, summer internships, and live projects. Support other team members wherever required. Support the Placement Office in the entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final job offers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for recruiters and students. Leverage alumni for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Organize conclaves, guest lectures, and corporate interactions to increase industry engagement. Track placement metrics, prepare placement reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders. Any other responsibility is given by the Institute Key Skills : Ability to place students with Corporate (Final Placements, SIPs and Live Projects) Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with corporate clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing client engagement Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Deep understanding of industry trends and client business needs Ability to manage key accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation Willingness to travel as per professional requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while contributing to the schools admissions goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective MBA students. Build relationships with potential applicants to encourage them to apply for the MBA program. Conduct outreach efforts to attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as college fairs, information sessions, and online platforms. Provide detailed information about the MBA program, including curriculum, faculty, career opportunities, and admission requirements. Assist prospective students in understanding the application process, including deadlines, required documents, and any additional requirements. Offer guidance and support to applicants throughout the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to acceptance. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both applicants and interviewers. Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and student engagement Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions Qualifications & Skills: Graduate degree 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a customer-facing role (experience in higher education preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, social media, and MS Office tools Enthusiastic, approachable, and student-focused attitude
