Key Responsibilities: Provide academic and career counseling to prospective students and parents. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses offered by the platform. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video counseling sessions. Maintain a high level of knowledge about current educational products and services. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain records using CRM tools. Assist students in completing the enrollment process and resolving queries. Build long-term relationships with students to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve student onboarding.
