Installed Base Data Specialist

Role Overview: As an Experienced Professional (P2) overseeing multiple Specializations within the Sub-family, you will be applying practical knowledge acquired through advanced education and work experience. The role involves working independently with general supervision to address difficult challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Installed base and enhance data quality - Maintain a strong learning mindset, proficiency in data analytics, project coordination, and management skills - Utilize the tool landscape to manage the right assets and site details effectively - Support business use of EAM and promote successful business use cases - Responsible for documentation, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accurate Customer, Site, and Installation Information data in ServIS - Monitor and share progress on meeting IB Quality requirements - Provide or coordinate IB Management-related trainings to local users - Generate and optimize/customize reports in the tool using advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Power Application tools - Uphold compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business Qualifications Required: - Applicants from any discipline with 4 to 8 years of experience are eligible - Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Data Analytics - Proven track record of successfully managing global stakeholders - Diverse industry experience, particularly in the electrical industry, is preferred - Strong learning mindset, proficiency in data analytics, project coordination, and management skills are mandatory - Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required,
