Role & responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, and related industries to generate leads and create sales opportunities. Schedule and coordinate appointments and client meetings for product demonstrations and detailed discussions. Deliver effective product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of InstaDataHelps AI-based solutions, including PresWritePro and AI Voicebots. Engage clients through tele-calling, email marketing, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide suitable AI product recommendations. Close sales by acquiring prospective clients and follow up diligently to generate purchase orders. Maintain continuous communication with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Provide weekly updates and feedback on sales progress, client interactions, and action plans for subsequent weeks. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a self-motivated and target-driven approach. Collaborate internally to improve the sales process and contribute ideas to enhance customer-centric business operations using AI technologies. Preferred candidate profile Fresh graduates with a degree in Biosciences, BBA, or BCA, eager to start a career in AI product sales and business development. Positive mindset, proactive, and a go-getter attitude with the willingness to learn and grow in the AI and healthcare technology sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of a local language is a plus. Basic understanding or keen interest in artificial intelligence, biology, and recent technological trends, though prior experience is not mandatory. Ability to work independently without constant supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a target-driven approach. Comfortable performing telephonic sales as well as field visits to engage clients directly. Skilled at delivering professional product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences. Proficient with basic computer applications such as MS Office, CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp for effective client communication and sales tracking. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining client relationships. Acumen towards AI & biology is desirable, knowledge of recent trends in AI will be an added advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work without constant supervision. Ability to give professional product demonstrations . Comfortable with both telephonic sales and field visits . Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email, WhatsApp communication).
