Job Summary Work with department head on establishing company QA standards Develop a complete set of test cases within QA TestRail along with support for both manual and automated Selenium test scripts Manage bugs and issues through Jira, including root cause and corrective actions Document QA activities with internal reporting and audits leveraging QA TestRail’s dashboards Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills 3-8 Years of Experience Responsibilities and Duties Plan, execute, and oversee QA testing activities of incoming and outgoing product and sprints Assist engineering in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels and release readiness Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements Develop or update client feedback and UAT testing procedures to ensure proper documentation of client UAT complaints and feedback Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree Professional certification, such as Quality Engineer, Selenium Test Automation, JMeter Load Tester • Superb computer competence including Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools including QA TestRail, Selenium and JMeter • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: QA/QC: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
