JOB PURPOSE For realization of third-party inspections services in mechanical discipline as per the appropriate specifications and approvals to meet the company sales and customer request realizations. II. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience Inspector 3-year Experience in any of the commodities in mechanical -International Professional Certification in Welding (CSWIP 3.1) and NDE Level 2 mandatory. Inspector Should have Active QM SAP approval from Saudi Aramco QM03 is minimum. QM11 / QM30 / 31 / 34 / 35 / 37 approvals added advantage . Computer Skills Proficiency in MS-Office applications. Technical Skills/Personal Competencies In-depth knowledge of the following Communication skills Commercial awareness Computer Skill Supervision Job monitoring, reporting, presentations Administrative and technical skills communication skills Languages Proficiency in English, and Arabic if needed. Must follow all the instruction and able to perform assignments in a day. Good knowledge of the English Language written and verbal. To review the assignment instruction for adequacy and practicality. To attend/conduct pre-inspection meetings as required under supervision till upgraded to inspector A. To liaise with clients, and others as relevant, in the determination of inspection stages and requirements. To visit manufacturers, suppliers, installers and others as necessary to perform or witness the requisite inspections. To provide in good time all required reports of the inspections performed / witnessed under supervision till upgraded to inspector A. To ensure all inspection and related activities in which involved are performed in accordance with requirements as defined in AMO work instructions and procedures. To follow company rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines, for Quality, Safety, Driving Safety and other site/client/field QHSE requirements as applicable. In addition to the above as per company instructions/directions. AUTHORITIES: Under supervision till upgraded to inspector A. As below, To raise Non-Conformance against violation of code and project requirements. Have rights to witness all fabrication activities during the visit. Endorse the Material test certificates which are meeting the project and code requirements. To raise concerns and recommendation to vendor (Manufacturer) during fabrication. To raise concerns to client any project requirements. Have rights to select locations (Joints) which are required NDT. Reject the material if not meeting the requirements. Reject the inspection activity such as Fit-up, FVDI etc.. whereas exceeding the acceptable fabrication tolerances. To accept and release the material if complying the project and code requirements. To sign the inspection rest report as performed. Minor: NA FULL KPIs: Ontime inspection assignment realization with effective technical performance as per applicavle standards and reporting the results.
