You will be responsible for understanding part drawings and inspection standards in a manufacturing company. Your role will involve coordinating shift Quality operations according to standard operating procedures and reporting to the Quality In charge. You will be required to measure products using tools such as Vernier Caliper, Gauges, Micrometer, and Height Gauge. Knowledge of VMS is an added advantage. Your duties will include inspecting parts with reference to the inspection standard, ensuring that shift-produced parts meet specifications, and escalating any abnormalities. You will also be responsible for preparing inspection reports based on inspection results. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures, as well as complying with legal regulations, will be crucial. Your contribution to the accomplishment of quality and organizational goals by fulfilling related tasks as required is essential. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an ITI or Diploma qualification with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company. Experience in Injection molding and handling plastics is preferred and considered an additional advantage. This is a full-time position based in Tumkur with a salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000/- per month. The benefits include provided food, and the work schedule involves rotational shifts.
