The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and conducting regular maintenance checks. Documentation and reporting of all service activities are also required. Qualifications Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Relevant certifications and experience in field service Willingness to travel to different locations for service calls High school diploma or equivalent qualification
