Job Description:

Kevell Global Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives (Office-Based) to join our in-house sales team. This is a non-field role focused on B2B client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management, all from within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients and explain service offerings
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Convert leads into successful customer acquisitions
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management
• Work closely with the team to strategize sales growth

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any degree
• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
• Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and email handling knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
