We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our software solutions to drive sales and business growth. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information and demonstrations. Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives or account executives. Maintain accurate records of lead activity, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert MQLs into SQLs. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors. Build strong relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
