Sales Process: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales targets. Skills & Qualities Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport. Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and providing solutions Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales goals and targets. CRM Proficiency: Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
