Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting and exceeding given sales target as an individual contribution as well as support sales team for the same. Responsible for sales and generating new leads through field sales team as well as through online & offline sales activities to achieve present and future goals. Contact prospective clients on phone and persuade them to buy our product. Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship. Explain the product features to the customers. Follow up with customers for orders. Negotiation with the client and close the deal. Coordinate with Quotation Department & Client. Maintain records of interaction with customers and its status for follow up. Coordinate with client and arrange meeting for sales staff. Monitor the working of field sales staff including their attendance, sales report etc. Prepare daily sales report.
