Inside Sales Executive Internship

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and build client interest.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or service solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information and interactions.
• Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Support senior sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Handle basic client queries and escalate complex issues to the sales manager.
• Stay updated with company products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation.
