Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with premium customers, understanding their fitness and nutrition goals, and driving sales of our personalized wellness plans. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and close high-value deals will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to premium leads. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness and nutrition plans. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients. Build strong client relationships and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or telesales. Excellent communication and persuasive skills, both verbal and written. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
