Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location:- Sector 49, Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over the phone or email, and closing sales deals to help the company grow. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, or online platforms. Understand customer needs and offer the right product/service solutions. Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the product or service. Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for effective conversions. Record customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly. Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide feedback to improve product and sales strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
