Job Title : Inside Sales Executive Location : Sector 49, Gurgaon Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone or online platforms. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and working with channel partners to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels. Understand customer needs and offer solutions or services. Generate new leads through cold calling, inbound queries, and follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities and client information. Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings and demos. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide timely feedback to management on customer requirements and market trends. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales or telecalling is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
