Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lab Admin Executive with expertise in laser inscription to join our team. The Lab Admin Executive will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and precisely inscribing diamonds with relevant markings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform laser inscription on diamonds according to established procedures and guidelines. 2. Ensure the accuracy and precision of inscriptions, including client-specific requests and certification requirements. 3. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines. 4. Conduct quality checks on inscribed diamonds to verify adherence to standards and specifications. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser equipment and software as needed. Desired Profile : 1. Should have 2 + years of experience working into Laser Inscription. 2. Proven experience and proficiency in laser inscription techniques, preferably in a diamond or gemstone-related industry. 3. Familiarity with laser inscription equipment BLS-5000 and software, with the ability to operate and troubleshoot effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency in inscriptions. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
