Job Title: Demo Specialist / Product Demo Executive Location: On-site Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Department: Sales / Pre-Sales Role Overview You will be the first point of interaction for potential customers — conducting product demos, understanding their requirements, and setting them up for the next stage in the sales pipeline. Your goal is to create a great first impression and convert demo attendees into qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct live product demos for inbound & outbound leads Understand customer needs and map product features to solve them Schedule follow-up calls with Sales Managers for qualified prospects Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.) Ensure high demo attendance through timely reminders and engagement Measure demo effectiveness and improve conversion rates Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams for feedback and enhancements Provide insights from user conversations to product teams Required Skills Strong communication & presentation skills Good product understanding and ability to explain simply Confident on video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) Ability to handle objections & answer basic questions CRM knowledge is a plus Who Will Succeed Curious, patient, and customer-first mindset Ability to build rapport quickly Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline Why Join Us Fast-growing B2B SaaS environment Clear career path → SDR → AE / Pre-Sales Specialist Training on product, business, and communication Incentives based on demo-to-opportunity conversions Compensation Base salary + performance incentives
