Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our solar sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for solar rooftop, ground-mounted, and other renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the solar energy sector. Identify and generate new business leads from residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Manage and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent achievement of goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC partners, and channel associates. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure timely project execution and customer support. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or power sector. Strong understanding of solar products, EPC solutions, and financing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to travel frequently and work independently with a target-oriented approach.
