Your focus is on operational readiness, safety, and efficiency. Deep understanding of Crane Technicality , including operational and maintenance practices. Roles and Responsibilities Manage crane operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of lifts. Oversee fleet management activities such as vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all operations. Coordinate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crane utilization, fleet availability, and safety metrics. Recruitment and training of specialized crane operators and crane riggers. Ensuring optimal spares and service management to maximize uptime and minimize cost overruns. Also arrange trailer & other ancillaries. Upholding stringent Safety, Health & Environment standards and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
