Role & responsibilities 1. Looking after HR & Administration Activities at Site:- To make complete joining formalities of new joinees as per the guideline includes Mail ID creation, ID cards, joining documents and Bank account opening in coordination with HO. To look after the Compilation of Attendance & maintenance of proper leave records at Site and forward to HO. Distribution of PPE & Uniform to employees and maintain the records. To take care of mediclaim policy & medical cards, claim etc. as per the guidelines. Concern with all the legal compliances at Site. To make coordination between different teams at site. Preparation of different types of MIS. Necessity of generator as per the demand of Site Incharge 2. Vehicle Managements: Look after the entire hired vehicle for site operation as per guidelines, Verify the log Book of Vehicle, check the condition of Vehicle, Verification of bills & follows up with HO for Payment. Handle all the issue/Complaint related to vehicle. 3. Guest House & Canteen Management: Proper Management of Guest House as per guidelines includes housekeeping, Record keeping of Employee availed GH facilities, resolve Employees issue related to GH. Follow up of monthly payment of the guest houses and Canteen. Ensure quality and timely delivery of Lunch at Site on daily basis. Ensure Hygiene condition of Canteen & dining area. Maintenance of daily record of food beneficiaries. Ensure proper supply of drinking water at site, guest house & office. 4. Site Safety Management Formulate HSE management plans and overseeing implementation of same as per guidelines. Ensure that safety management system is maintained promptly throughout the project. To create safety awareness through safety talks, meetings, displaying safety posters, slogans & bulletins. Regular & scheduled safety patrol/inspection of work place, Accident / Incident investigation, reporting, maintaining records and analysis of accident statistics. Planning and execution of safety training & audits. 5. Verification of all bills related to admin expenses at Site & Asset Management 6. Responsible for handling petty cash for day to day operations at site as per guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Statutory Compliance Localities would be preferred. Must have the knowledge of local language. Should be able to handle the Liasoning activities at the site Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity and flexible Demonstrate sound work ethics.
