Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Chennai. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing essential medical support, delivering first aid and emergency medical services (EMT), guiding and training others on healthcare practices, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. Daily tasks will include interacting with clients or students, maintaining accurate medical records, and offering professional healthcare support as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in EMT and general medical knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in healthcare practices and training others Knowledge of medicine and healthcare protocols Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment Relevant certifications, licenses, or a degree in healthcare or a related field Experience working in a training or educational setting is a plus
