Role & responsibilities Solution Architecture & Advisory Lead the advisory, design, and delivery of O2C solutions across SAP S/4HANA and its ecosystem. Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing insights on industry best practices, digital innovation, and SAP capabilities. Define future-state O2C operating models and global template solutions for multi-country environments. Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including P2P, R2R, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process design. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to manage integration points across modules (FI/CO, MM, WM/LE). Delivery & Governance Guide the creation of functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support technical teams during build and testing phases. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, governance frameworks, and quality standards. Conduct workshops with business teams to capture requirements, drive consensus, and shape the transformation roadmap. Preferred candidate profile 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 23 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and related O2C modules in S/4HANA. Deep knowledge of O2C integration points withFI/CO, MM, and WM/LE. Proven experience designing and delivering global template solutions in complex, multi-country environments. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading global transformation programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
