The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of proven experience in the automobile sector, particularly within the 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler, and commercial vehicle segments. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead overall branch operations, sales, and service functions. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve targets in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. Drive performance improvement across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Guide and mentor departmental heads and staff to ensure a high-performing team culture. Identify growth opportunities and market trends for business expansion. Oversee stock management, logistics, and inventory control. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in management or automotive sector will be an advantage. 5- 10 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in leadership roles. Strong understanding of the 3W/4W/commercial vehicle market. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle operational challenges and lead large teams.
