As a Technology Support Group Leader at our company based in Greater Noida, you will be responsible for leading the Technology Support Group with your hands-on experience and deep understanding of business and technology across various industries. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical solution support, driving business innovation, conducting technical assessments and recommendations, managing problems and crises, and establishing and leading a virtual community focused on specific technology. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 10 years in Cloud and IT Infrastructure Solutions Architecture and at least 5 years in Problem Management and Crisis Management support within the Cloud and IT Infrastructure domain. We are looking for someone who is a Senior Solutions Architect in Cloud and IT Infrastructure Management, proficient in Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Automation, and skilled in driving Cloud and Infrastructure Business Innovation.
