We’re looking for a Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, Azure, and SQL/NoSQL databases to lead end-to-end application development, maintenance, and support. You’ll drive solution design, ensure system stability, mentor the team, and collaborate directly with customers to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle application development and maintenance projects using Angular, .NET, SQL Server, Azure. Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-ready solutions using Azure Services. Manage bug fixes, enhancements, performance tuning, and production support. Design and implement AI/automation features using OpenAI, Gemini. Collaborate with customers, product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery. Apply design patterns and ensure adherence to coding best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/senior developers. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ensure test automation. Key Skills .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, .NET Framework 4.8, Angular 12+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap SQL Server, Relational & Non-Relational Databases (Cosmos DB / MongoDB) Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus) Unit Testing: NUnit, xUnit; UI Automation: Cypress Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Docker/Kubernetes Exposure to AI Tools, Agentic AI, OpenAI, Gemini, Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Microsoft certifications (Azure Developer / Architect) are a plus. Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
