Innate Metrics is looking an experienced DATA Engineer Lead/Scrum Master with strong expertise in DevOps and Data Engineering . The Ideal candidate will lead a dynamic data engineering team, drive Agile delivery as a Scrum Master, and implement scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities : · Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers to deliver end-to-end data solutions. · Act as a Scrum Master , managing Agile Ceremonies, Sprint Planning, and backlog prioritization. · Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. · Manage containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes · Implement infrastructure automation through Terraform or Ansible. · Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks , and Azure Synapse . · Build and maintain a robust monitoring and alerting framework for data systems. · Ensure adherence to Master Data Management (MDM) standards across structured and unstructured data. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
