Role Description This full-time remote role as a Commission Sales Associate involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales for our customized printing services. The role includes daily tasks such as conducting sales calls, attending virtual meetings, presenting product options, and managing client accounts. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in sales, particularly in the printing or similar industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and remotely, self-motivated Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for creativity and personalized products is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
