Injection Moulder setter / fresher(or) exp/ hosur

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Changeover:
• Install, remove, and adjust injection moulds and related equipment to ensure quick and accurate changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Machine Operation and Optimization:

Set and fine-tune machine parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, speed) to produce high-quality parts efficiently and consistently.

• Troubleshooting and Quality Control:

Diagnose and correct moulding issues such as short shots, flash, or warping, ensuring all parts meet required quality standards.Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, keep the work area clean, and follow all health and safety protocols.Requirments:

• Maintenance and Safety:

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter (typically 2–5 years).
• Strong understanding of thermoplastics and injection moulding processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.

Eduaction - Dip /BE (any stream)
