About the Role:

In-House Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design for social media posts, carousels, videos, presentations, and performance marketing creatives.
• Design visually consistent brand assets across print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while bringing fresh ideas and creative excellence.
• Handle end-to-end execution of design projects with speed, attention to detail, and ownership.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years

  of professional design experience (preferably with an advertising or creative agency).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work across

  branding, social media, and digital communication

  .
• Degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication from a reputed institute.
• Mastery in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and storytelling.
• Strong time management and project ownership skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Video editing capabilities

  using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic animation or motion design knowledge.
