Primary Responsibilities What You’ll Do · Own the Plan: Create and maintain weekly/monthly project schedules — keeping every milestone crystal clear. · Keep It on Track: Monitor progress, flag delays before they happen, and prepare reports that help everyone stay ahead. · Crunch the Numbers: Prepare detailed BOQs, support cost planning, and ensure budgets stay beautifully balanced. · Drive the Bills: Handle end-to-end billing — from client invoices to vendor payments — with accuracy and grace. · Procure with Purpose: Source the right materials and vendors that meet our design and quality standards. · Tech It Up: Lead the charge on automation — help us build and refine our in-house Project Management App. · Wooden Wonders: Oversee all things wooden — design details, vendor coordination, and quality checks that make our interiors shine. · PMC Power: Support our new Project Management Consultancy division in planning, documentation, and coordination. What You Bring Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Experience: 4–6 years in project coordination, quantity surveying, or site planning — ideally in civil construction or high-end real estate. Skills: · BOQ preparation and construction drawing knowledge. · Excel wizardry. · Familiarity with MS Projects or Primavera (bonus points!).
