As an AEM Production Support candidate for an e-Commerce company, your role will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for providing production support, troubleshooting issues effectively, and identifying root causes. Your role will also require excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce and proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries. Additionally, hands-on experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic will be essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess strong experience in production support - Effectively troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues - Demonstrate excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce - Proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries - Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic **Qualifications Required:** - E-commerce Platform Knowledge, including familiarity with Content management (Adobe Experience Manager- AEM) - Understanding of search/merch platform Constructor Troubleshooting - Proficiency in debugging experience and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Ability to diagnose issues and understanding of cloud platforms for site hosting and scaling, preferably Azure - Database Knowledge at Developer level/troubleshooting (NoSQL, MongoDB) - Experience in Web/iOS and Android e-Comm app/web support - Proficiency in front-end Programming Languages and APIs - Experience with observability tools like New Relic and Adobe Analytics for alert set up, dashboard creation, troubleshooting, performance, and error tracking - Basic understanding of Fastly/NGNIX (Ingress K8s)/Zuul/APIGEE/API Gateway/AKAMAI, Azure DevOps - Performance Optimization of sites including analysis of site speed, traffic load, and suggesting improvements (CDN, caching, image optimization) - Ability to monitor site performance, detect issues, and respond to incidents in real time - Good understanding and experience in inbound and outbound flow within eCommerce systems/data flow including Product, inventory, Price feeds - Incident Management and Application System Support - Knowledge of SKU management, stock updates, and synchronization with warehouse systems - Issue Ticket Management using platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk for tracking and resolving issues - Customer Support Issue Resolution including addressing user complaints, order failures, and assisting in customer experience improvements,
