Description
One of our Reputed client is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Server Support Executive with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and cloud services. This role involves managing Office 365, Azure resources, VMware, network infrastructure, and security compliance to ensure efficient, secure, and high-performing IT environments. Key Responsibilities:
1. Office 365 & Azure Management: - Manage Azure resources, Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.- Handle user provisioning, licensing, and security settings.2. Security & Compliance: - Implement and monitor security policies and compliance standards for Azure and O365 environments.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain security integrity.3. VMware Infrastructure Management: - Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.4. Server Administration: - Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.- Monitor and optimize server performance and health.5. Backup & Data Management: - Design and manage backup solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud environments.- Ensure all critical data is backed up according to schedule.6. Network Administration: - Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls.- Maintain network security and ensure reliable connectivity.7. Project Management: - Define project scope and objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage execution.- Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for any identified risks.8. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: - Analyze server performance metrics and optimize for efficiency.- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for server-related problems.9. Team Coordination & Training: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical training, and support best practices.- Assist in training staff on new systems and guide them on IT usage best practices.10. Documentation & Vendor Management: - Maintain documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and support.Skills Required: - Technical Skills: Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.- Network Skills: Routing, switching, firewalls.- Backup Solutions: Implementation and management of backup systems.- Compliance & Security: Knowledge of security protocols, policy implementation, and vulnerability assessments.- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Location-Lower Parel
