We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Civil team in the role of JE/AE at our Kharagpur Plant- RVPL. Key Responsibilities: 1. The Junior/Assistant Engineer (JE/AE) – Civil is responsible for supervising and executing civil engineering activities across the Mills, HBA Lines, and Utilities areas, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of infrastructure and maintenance projects aligned with operational and safety standards. 2. The role includes coordinating with contractors, addressing structural and maintenance concerns, implementing preventive civil measures, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to optimize project budgets. 3. The candidate will deliver high-quality infrastructure that supports plant functionality, conduct routine inspections and audits, and foster continuous improvement by training team members on modern civil engineering practices and safety protocols. 4. Close collaboration with architects, project managers, and internal stakeholders is essential to align project goals with broader organizational objectives and ensure sustainable, durable, and compliant civil infrastructure.
