Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems,

technology solutions, networks, and servers

• Configure and manage network devices, performance, and servers
• Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure needs
• Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: [five +]

• Advanced skills/proficiency and knowledge of Windows Server OS, SCCM, GPOs, Active directory (AD), Entra and AD Migrations.
• Advanced skills/proficiency and knowledge of DNS and DHCP Platforms.
• Strong experience in AWS/Azure Cloud technologies using IaC eg: Terraform and Azure Devops.
• Strong experience in powershell and Cloud technologies like Vault, Github, CI/CD principles and best-practices.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms
• Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues
• Keen understanding of lululemons culture.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
