Role Purpose: - Understanding customer strategies and business requirements. - Creating architectural technologies and business roadmaps to ensure strong business/IT alignment and promote the adoption and usage of technology throughout the enterprise. - Collaborating with key infrastructure domains, presales, and customer architects. - Possessing a robust delivery and solution architecture perspective, evaluating business needs for capacity management, and establishing the technical framework. - Demonstrating deep expertise in any one of the following tower DC technologies: a) Virtualization VCF b) Unix c) AD & Exchange d) Storage & backup e) Network (LAN & WAN) and Security f) Service Integration & management tools - Excelling in handling customers and IT vendors. - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at both local and senior business management levels.
