Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding customer strategies and business requirements to create architectural technologies and business roadmap aligning with strong business/IT alignment. Collaborating with key infra domain, presales, and customer architects will be essential. You must possess a strong delivery and solution architecture view to assess business needs, capacity management, and establish the technical framework. Additionally, a deep understanding of any one tower DC technology is required, such as Virtualization VCF, Unix, AD & Exchange, Storage & backup, Network (LAN & WAN), and Security. Your excellent ability to handle customers and IT vendors, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, will be crucial for effectively presenting findings and reports at local and senior business management levels.
